THE OBITUARY OF MRS. NOAL RICE
Mrs. Noal Rice, 88, of Sizerock, Ky., departed this life on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital ARH, Hyden, Ky. Noal was born on Dec. 23, 1929 at Kaliopi, KY, the daughter of the late Sam Osborne and the late Ida Holland Osborne. By occupation she was a homemaker and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY. Noal was a member of the Panco Community Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: Sam & Ida Osborne, her husband, Ira Rice, one son: Stanley, two brothers: Sam Osborne, Jr. Billy Ray Osborne, one sister: Zona Singleton, one grandson: Bobby Wayne Rice. Noal leaves surviving the following relatives, three sons Bobby Joe Rice of Dayton, OH, Roy Rice and Nancy Carol of Hyden, KY, James Rice and Connie of Van Cleve, KY, two daughters: Pat Lewis of Danville, KY, Betty Harris & Benny of Bear Branch, KY, one bother: J.C. Osborne of Hyden, KY, one sister: Ann Jones of Bear Branch, KY, ten grandchildren, Allen Rice & Jade, Jerry Rice & Cassandra, Lisa Vega, Benny Harris & Dee Dee, Katie Tolson & Steven, Jamie Rice, Vickie Butler & Richard, Andrew Elam, Timmy Elam, Kristen Vanderzouwen & Ben, also survived by 15 great grandchildren and a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
