Otis was born in Leslie County, KY. the son of the late, Kale Brock & Anna Lee Nantz Brock. Otis had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. He enjoyed fishing, gardening & being outdoors.
Otis was preceded in death by his parents, loving & devoted wife, Louise Brock, brothers, Burley, Smith & Joseph Brock & nephew, Keith Brock. He leaves the following relatives surviving, brother, Scott Brock & wife, Tammy, Warbranch, KY., nephews, David Brock & Chris Brock & nieces, Elaine Ward, Janda Brock & Emilee Smith. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
