Sally Jane Begley

Mrs. Sally Jane Campbell Begley of  Peach Orchard Road, Hyden, KY. passed away at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, KY. on Monday, June 25, 2018., at the age of 97.  Sally was born May 25, 1921 in Krypton, KY., the daughter of the late, Joel & Minta Hamblin Campbell. Sally had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. She was a charter member & devoted member of the Victory Mountain Grace Brethren Chapel at Confluence, KY. Sally enjoyed quilting & gardening & always enjoyed working as an election officer in Leslie Co. for numerous years.

Sally Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her loving & devoted husband whom she married on April 22, 1941, Teddy Begley, beloved son, Daniel Begley, daughter-in-law, Brenda Begley, son-in-law, Bill Woods, treasured granddaughter, Sherry, sister, Dixie & brothers, Ote & Eric. She leaves the following relatives surviving, beloved daughters, Sheila Woods, Hyden, KY. & Evelyn Coley & Ken, San Angelo, Texas, 4 treasured grandchildren, Kim Hanners & Bob, Helen Woods, Daniel Begley, Jr. & Michelle & Evelyn, 8 treasured great grandchildren, Amanda, Alexander, Andrew, Teddy, Will, Ayrial, Eli & Anthony & 7 great great grandchildren, Evan, Calli, Sydni, Noah, Ava Nicole, Ava Elizabeth & Ember. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. Sally loved her dog Buddy.
