Mrs. Connie Shepherd 56, of Wooton, Ky., departed this life on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard, Ky. Connie was born March 20, 1962 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late, Paul & Pearlie Blevins Adams. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she had previously worked for K-Mart. Connie was affliated with the Davidson Fork Church of God, Thousandsticks, KY. She enjoyed fishing, watching television, playing with dogs & spending time with her family.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Danny & Steve Adams & 1 niece, Kim Adams. She leaves the following relatives surviving, her loving and devoted husband, Jimmy Shepherd of Hyden, KY., 3 sons, Steven Lewis, IN., Jordan Williams of Hyden, KY. & Shane Giles of Hyden, KY., 2 daughters, Jessica Lewis of Manchester, KY. & Tanaya Giles of Lexington, KY., 2 sisters, Betty Ritchie (Samuel) of Jeff, KY. & Carolyn Kilburn of Wooton, KY. & a host of grandchildren. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
The family will have a Memorial Service Tuesday, July 31, 2018 @ 6:00 P.M. at the Davidson Fork Church of God, Thousandsticks, KY.
