Polly Nantz, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, KY. at the age of 99.
She was born on September 27, 1918 at Warbranch, KY the daughter of the late Jack Brock and the late Annie Gross Brock. She was a homemaker and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, reading and especially spending time with her family. She was a member of the Mozelle Church of God. She was preceded in death of her parents, Husband: Frank Nantz, Son-in-Law: James Estridge, and also a host of brothers and sisters. She leaves surviving the following relatives: two loving and devoted daughters: Brenda Estridge of Bledsoe, Ky, and Delores Wooton & (Don) of Hyden, KY, one sister: Goldie Nantz of Berea, KY, five cherished grandchildren: Joshua Estridge & ( Kristen) James Nathaniel "Nathan" Estridge, Tracy Wooton & (David Smith), Teresa Hansley & (Larry), Bethany Wooton & (Seth Venable), five great granchildren: Conner, Alaylah, Jessalyn, Draydon and Grayson.
